Edit Submission: field's data gets cleared on edit mode.

Hola, por que sera que el contenido de un campo aparece al ver el formulario, pero al editar aparece vacio. ???.
Caso :
Campo Descripcion : al ver el formulario tiene el valor JORGE ANTONIO MAYA
Al editar el formulario el valor del campo es vacio.

I apologize for I was not able to fully understand what is the issue. Can you please tell us the URL of your form that have the issue.
Can you also take a screenshot of the error and share to us. You can follow the guide on how to include screenshot image in your reply.

Do you mean to say that the form is not displaying the text entered in the description field while editing the submission? I have cloned your Jotform to my account and sent a test submission. When I tried to edit the submission, the description field is displaying the data without any issue at my end.
Please let us know the submission edit link if you are still experiencing any issue with the form. We will be happy to take a look and assist you further.

El error sigue. Yo que estoy haciendo :
1. Señalo el formulario
2. En la pestaña MAS, seleccion VER ENVIOS
3. El campo PETICION lo veo diligenciado
4. Eligo EDITAR, y el campo PETICION aparece vacio.
Que puedo hacer. ???. Mil gracias

Trate de limpiar la cache de su navegador, acabo de seguir sus mismas indicaciones, y el campo "Petición" aparece lleno con la información que se envió:
