tengo dos fórmularios que no se envían A la BBDD o tabla si son llenados en modo offline, a pesar de que no dan ningún error en su llenado. está falla inicio el día 13 de este mes. los formularios son: Registro de Visita Llenado de Nevera esos mismos formularios se llenan Online estos llegan a tabla correspondiente sin ningun problema.

Now, coming back to your question, offline submissions are saved to your device and will sync when you connect online. I went ahead and cleared your form cache, as this typically fix minor form issues. Can you try syncing the data to see if the submissions will show up already? I can show you how to sync your data on the Jotform Mobile App. Let's do it:
1. On your My Forms page, tap on the Gear icon in the top right corner of the screen to open Settings.

2. While in Settings, scroll down and tap on the Refresh icon in the Sync Your Data section.

If you want the app to refresh and get the latest data without any issues, you should enable the Background App Refresh feature for the Jotform App in your phone settings.

I followed the solution you suggested, but the problem persists. The app is still not syncing or receiving forms filled out in offline mode.I just checked the submissions in the app's Inbox, and I noticed that the offline forms that fail to sync display an 'Invalid Date' error. Additionally, when I try to open one of those submissions, the app screen goes completely blank.

I created a ticket and escalated this to our Developers. Although we don't know exactly when it'll be fixed, we’ll circle back to this thread when we have an update.
In the meantime, I suggest not logging out of the app or clearing its cache, as this will delete all offline submissions stored locally on the device.

Just to clarify, I mentioned not to clear its cache or log out of the app because doing either will delete any offline submissions stored locally on your device. These submissions only exist on the device until they are successfully sent to the database, so clearing the cache or logging out will delete them. Can you check and let us know if the affected submissions are still visible on your device?
Once you get back to us, we can take the next step toward solving this.

Unfortunately, since the failed offline submissions were deleted when the app cache was cleared, they can no longer be recovered. We recommend testing the forms again by making new offline submissions and checking if they sync properly once you are back online.

One question: could this be related to the CAPTCHA verification that JotFom recently implemented?
In my opinion (I'm not a technician), when filling out the form offline, the CAPTCHA verification can't be loaded.
Therefore, the form that remains on the phone lacks that verification, which could cause it to be rejected by the server.
I mention this because this error was detected at the same time the CAPTCHA verification for submissions started.
This is just my opinion, but you probably know more about how they configured this.
Keep me posted... this is a vital feature for us, and one of the main reasons we chose JotForms (we looked at many more later :-) )
