While there isn't a direct way to type manual text into the Google Calendar integration anymore, I have a great workaround for you. You can use a hidden field with a default value to act as your custom note.

Part 1: Preparing the Custom Note Field

1. In Form Builder, click Add Form Element on the left and select Short Text.
2. Click the field's Gear icon (Settings) and go to the Advanced tab.
3. Type your custom message or icons in the Default Value box.
4. Toggle Hide field to ON so it won't be visible to the people filling out your form.

Part 2: Adding the Note to the Integration

1. Go to the Settings tab at the top and click Integrations on the left menu.
2. Select your Google Calendar integration and click the Edit icon on your event.
3. Click the Add form fields to event description dropdown.
4. Select the Short Text field you just created.

By following these steps, your custom message will automatically appear in every calendar event without being seen by your users.
