You can add a Flow Activity History field to your PDF to show the signature used for approval. Here’s how to set it up:
- In PDF Editor, select the PDF you want to send.
- Select Flow Activity History field on the left side of the page and add it to your PDF.
Then, you should select this PDF to send with the email. I'll walk you through setting that up:
- After modifying the PDF, go to your Workflow and click on the item that sends the PDF.
- Click on Gear icon to open the Settings window.
- In the Settings window, select the form this PDF is attached. Then select the PDF you want to send.
- Click on Save.
The email will now send the PDF with the Flow Activity History field included.
