Ha pasado varias veces que cuando el agente quiere capturar el último campo
del formulario (del tipo "Mensaje", "Consulta", "Comentario"), el usuario
responde pero el agente lo toma como una nueva consulta y retoma la
conversación.
Un ejemplo:
El usuario responde: "Quiero saber el costo".
El agente en lugar de completar el campo con ese mensaje dice: "No puedo
brindar esa información porque..." (ya que tiene la norma de no informar
precios).
No siempre falla, pero sí pasa bastante.
De qué manera puedo asegurarme de que complete bien ese campo? -

Now, coming back to your question, I believe you are referring to the AI Agent Carla: Agente de Tesatech. Sometimes, this issue occurs temporarily due to cache, and it normally fixes itself. When I tested your agent, I was also unable to replicate the issue. Could you check if the issue still persists on your end?
