Quiz Form: Inaccurate score

lo hice quiz con la integración https://quizform.jotform.io/

pero CALIFICA MAL aun cuando las respuestas son correctas

este es un ejemplo pero asi estan varias preguntas

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support and I apologize for the delayed in response. If we got this correctly, the score inaccurate although the answer is correct, is that right? If that's the case, make sure that follow the steps here to turn your form into a quiz form:

1. Go to the Quiz Form page. You can also access the app from the Integrations page.
2. Click the Open Quiz Form button.
3. Select the form with the quiz or test.
4. Toggle the options you’d like to enable.
5. Select or add the correct answers.
6. Hit the Save Quiz button when you’re done.

thats what I did from the beginning .

my point is that when people select correct answer

de score detects like the answer is not correct even if I set it like that, I mean is qualifiying a correct answer as incorrect

Cloné tu formulario, puse las mismas respuestas, y me las calificó correctamente:
