How to join the PDF's submissions into one PDF file

En el formulario REACTIVAR ESCENAS 2022 Necesitariamos que todos los remitos se descarguen en un solo PDF, Hay alguna manera? Seria de gran ayuda. Gracias, saludos.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The Spanish support is not available right now, so I'm using a translator to read your question. I understand you want to have a PDF with all the form data, is that right? If yes, I advise you to create a new PDF.

When you create a new PDF, the file will be loaded with all the form fields. To create a new PDF, go to the form PDF Editor, and click on New PDF in the top menu.

If you don't have any PDF created, the system will automatically generate one. If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better? Once we have a better idea of what’s going on, we’ll be able to come up with a solution. 

Efectivamente, necesito que todos los remitos particulares me queden en un solo archivo PDF para descargar, es posible?

Estoy leyendo nuevamente y entendiste mal. Cada persona que completa el formulario es un remito PDF diferente, yo quiero que cada uno de los remitos queden unificados en un UNICO ARCHIVO PDF.

Es decir, si completaron 300 personas el formulario, no quiero 300 remitos. Quiero que los 300 remitos me queden en un UNICO PDF.

Thanks for the explanation. If I understand you correctly, you want to join all the 300 PDF's in just one file, is that right? That's not possible with Jotform right now. When you download all the submissions in a PDF file, the PDF joins up to 10 submissions in one file, but for a high number of submissions, you would still have multiple files.

As a workaround, you can download all the PDF files and use a PDF joiner to join all the PDF's into one file. Let me explain how you can do this:

1. In the Form Table, click on three dots on the top green bar.
2. Click on Download and select Download as PDF.
3. The documents will be available in a compressed document. Extract the PDF documents.
4. Use a PDF joiner like this website to join all the PDF files together.
