¿Puedo añadir correctamente PayPal?

la plataforma ofrece dos modalidades.
tarjeta y paypal.
cuando elijo paypal me pide asociar una tarjeta, pero yo quiero usar mi saldo en paypalñ

I checked your form and did not see any payment processors integrated. If you are referring to payments to your subscription, you can pay with your PayPal balance if it is enough for the subscription. You might also want to check out this PayPal Guide on how to change payment methods for your reference.

1- tarjeta de credito

2-paypal

cuando elijo la opcion de pagar mi suscripcion con mi saldo paypal, me lleva directamente a elegir una tarjeta para usar mi paypal.

tuve que pagar usando la opcion 1 . y, en mi pais, me cobran un recargo del 100%

Muchas gracias por ponerte en contacto con el Soporte de Jotform. Lo he revisado con el equipo de facturación y me comentan que debes asociar una tarjeta de crédito o débito a tu cuenta Paypal para que funcione correctamente. Añádelo y me comentas sí funciona. Dejo una guía con las dudas frecuentes, revísalo y miramos. Si no funcionara correctamente, lo vemos en detalle.
