Account: Over the Free account usage limit

    Buen dia estimados, el dias de hoy nos figura un mensaje de inidica que exedimos el limite de envios de formularios, favor su ayuda para esclarecer cual es el plan actual que tenemos y cual serian las alternativas para poder solucionarlo.

    Now, I'll help you with your question. I am sorry you are having trouble with your account usage limit. When I check our system, I see that you are currently on the Free plan. Your Silver subscription plan ended last May 13th, 2023.

    You have exceeded the usage limit for the Free account. You can check our guide about Understanding your Account Usage and Limits for more details. To resolve this usage limit problem, you can upgrade your account to paid plan or you can Delete your Submission Data to free up some space. But make sure to Download your Submission Data first before deleting it so you will have a backup.

    Estimados, hemos adquirido la suscripcion de pago anual de "Almacenamiento" pero el inconveniente aun continua.


    nos puede ayudar porfavor ?

    Como podemos reversar la compra de la cuenta "Almacenamiento" y proceder con la compra de la cuenta plata ? ya que esa cuenta nos serviria en capacidad. favor su ayuda para poder realizar la anulacion de la compra reciente y poder tomar la cuenta plata.

    Hi empresabelenus,

    Thanks for getting back to us with additional details. Unfortunately, the Storage plan did not cover all the submission limits you have on your account. Currently, you have 1416 monthly submissions out of the 100 submission limit allowed in your current plan. Another limit is the Form views. You currently have 4190 out of the 1000 Form view limit on your account. The Form view resets every 1st day of the month.

    The current plan you have only makes the Total Submissions unlimited but this does not affect the monthly submission limits and Form View limits. You will need to upgrade to a higher plan Silver Plan for the error to disappear. You can directly upgrade to the Silver Plan from your Storage plan. The amount you paid for the Storage plan will be deducted from the amount you will be paying for the Silver Plan.
