Ppción desplegable no aparece

Mi pregunta uno del formulario es de tipo desplegable, pero cuando descargo el Excel no se descarga su respuesta ¿por qué?

If I understand this correctly, you have a Dropdown element on your form that the data is appearing on the form submission table. But when you downloaded the file as Excel, the data on the Dropdown menu is missing, is that correct?

I am unsure about the screenshot that you provided since upon checking on your form, ¿El CCL utiliza SINACOL? and ¿El CCL utiliza SIGNO? are both in Single Choice elements. Are you instead talking about Entidad Federativa? That is the only Dropdown element on your form.

I cloned your form and ran a test submission. The data on the Dropdown menu is showing on the form submission table. Then I downloaded the file as Excel, but the data is still showing. Check out the screencast below:

May I know how many times you have tried to download the file as Excel? I’ve cleared the cache of your form on our backend system for additional precautions. You can also perform clear the cache of your forms by following the guide on how to clear your form cache.
