Hola tengo varias dudas

¿como puedo restaurar el limite de archivos cargados en mis formulario? ya que borre todos los datos y aun sigue en el limite de la cuenta

¿como puedo borrar una prueba que hice de un documento pdf firmado con sign, quiero eliminarla completamente del sistema?

¿como puedo eliminar para siempre los documentos pdf de sign que están en papelera?

¿si modifico un contrato pdf de jotform sign tambien se modifica los documentos anteriores que ya fueron firmados en el pasado?

Now, let me help you with your question.

1) As for your first question, I've checked your account, and the upload storage is 0.00/100 MB. All your counters are below the limits. If you want to free up upload space you need to delete the submission and permanently delete them from the trash. Here's how to do it:

1. In Tables click on the three dots next to the tab name.
2. Select Trashed Entries and delete them permanently.

2) As for your second question, deleting a submission received from a Sign document that's not possible. You can only Archive the entries.

3) As for your third question, unfortunately, is not possible to delete Sign Documents from the trash.

4) As for your fourth question, the answer is no. If you edit a Sign Document, the previously signed document won't be edited too. I tested it and, as you can see in my screencast below there are 2 different PDFs but, the last editing didn't affect the previous submission: Let us know if you need any other help.
