As for your question, to free up the Upload Space, you may need to delete the submission with the attachments using the File Upload field, and delete them permanently because it will still take some space on the Trashed Entries. Let me show you how:
- On the Submission Table, select the submissions with the attachments to it.
- Then, click Delete.
- Click the three dots on the Table tab, and select Trashed Entries.
- Select All the trash, and click Delete Permanently.
Before doing the process I mentioned above, you can download the submissions table and the submission files first so that you will have a back-up. Here's how to download the Submission Data in PDF, CSV or Excel format:
- On your My Tables page, next to the form with the submissions you want to see, click on View Table.
- Hover your mouse over the Download All button on the right side of the page.
- Now, choose CSV, Excel, or PDF format and download your data.
Here's how to download the Submission Attachments:
- On the Submission Tables, click the three dots on the Table tab.
- Select Download, and click Download Attachments.
