Now, let me help you with your question. I checked your form and the reason you didn't receive the Notification Email is you did not put your email address as the Recipient for the Notification Email. Let me show you how to fix it.
- In Form Builder, click on Settings.
- Select Emails.
- Hover over the existing Notification Email and click the Pencil icon.
- Click on the Recipients tab and write your email address in Recipient Email.
- Click the Save button.
