Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Your account show as a guest account. Since you're mentioning a team, I suspect you have a Jotform Enterprise account. Can you confirm? If you're not sure, can you provide us with a link to one of your forms?
Because of the urgency, I also will contact our Enterprise Support Team to see if they can trace your account.
