no se me abren enlaces de elemento texto en la app

Tengo esta app https://eu.jotform.com/app/231865954102356?st=V2pHK2t5WEtNaW9IeFNZeXpjd0ZWZS9Pc1BReHB3QkhqVkZCRlJWYjZ2RFkyb3pXYmZMK1BvREVVNmJHR0Nsb3R6K1FzTFpSMDhza1lLV0l4YjU1WkIvNU9WOGx0L2NReWRxU0ZQVVVIRXpvRzd6VWVyWEkybW9SYy8weFQ5R2w=, y quiero que en los enlaces del texto de abajo, se me abra en una nueva ventana, pero aunque añada el target="_blank" (tb he probado con las otra comillas, me lo borra, no lo guarda, y se sigue abriendo en la misma pestaña.
