Sure, you can delete your account, but keep in mind that it will also delete all of your forms and data. Let me help you do it:
- On your My Forms page, click on your Profile Avatar at the top right corner of your screen.
- Then, click on Settings in the dropdown menu.

- On your Settings page, click on Account on the left side of the screen. Then, scroll down and click on Delete My Account.

- Now, in the pop-up warning window, click on Yes, Delete.

- After that, enter your account password and click on Verify. That's it.
