Now, let me help you with your question. Based on the error on the screenshot, you need to contact PayPal Support so they can enable the Credit Card fields/payment option on your PayPal business account.
You'll just have to enable the 'Show "Debit or Credit Card"' option from the payment integration and reintegrate your PayPal Business account:
