Hemos eliminado formularios viejos para recuperar espacio, pero el apartado de espacio sigue indicando que está a punto de llegar al limite. No se actualiza el valor del espacio disponible, por favor les pido una solución. Gracias.

Hi Lucas,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I am sorry you are having trouble with this. When I checked our system, I saw that you are already under the usage limit for the Bronze account. So, I cleared your form's cache for the update to take effect on your account. You should be able to see the updated usage limit now.
In the future, you can clear your form's cache after deleting submissions for you to be able to see the updated usage data right away. Let me show you how:
- On your My Forms page, hover your mouse on your Profile Avatar icon.
- In the window that opens, click on Settings.
- In the Settings menu, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on Clear Cache. That's it, you're done.
