Now, let me help you with your question. Unfortunately, it is not possible to attach an image or graphic that will direct users to another page. The form needs to be submitted to redirect. You can add the Image Picker Widget and set a conditional logic that when an image is chosen and the form is submitted it will redirect to another page. Let me show you how:

A. Add the Image Picker Widget

• In Form Builder click Add Form Element on the left-hand side of the page.
• Go to the Widgets tab and search for Image Picker.
• Drag and drop the widget into the form.

B. Set up the conditional logic to redirect users to another page after the image is chosen and after the form is submitted.

• In Form Builder on the orange navigation bar click Settings.
• Go to the Conditions tab on the left-hand side of the page.
• Click Add New Condition and select Change Thank You Page.

• Set up a condition like the ones below:
• Click Save to apply the changes.
