Problem in getting the Bronze plan

    Buenas tardes, hemos actualizado a bronce mensual nuestra cuenta por haber recibido más respuestas de las esperadas. Y al hacerlo nos sale un aviso de tarjeta declinada y sigo sin ver los formularios. Me gustaría que me indicasen donde puede estar el error. Muchas gracias.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. I checked your account, and it is now under the Bronze plan. Also, I can see 1 form on your account, and I was able to access the form. Here's the screenshot:

    Can you please ensure that you are accessing the All Forms folder on the My Forms dashboard? Take a look at the screenshot below:

    Please also try to log out and log back into your account. If still won't work, please clear your browser's caches or use another browser and see how it goes.
