Transfer Forms Request

    Buen día.

    Me sirvo de este medio para solicitar que los formularios de esta cuenta, sean transferidos a otra cuenta con el correo: estefaniamp85@gmail.com

    Y otra duda, ¿si ya están insertados en una página web, con esta migración es necesario cambiar o actualizar el código HTML? ¿O se actualizan también en mi página web de manera automática?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. I understand that you want your forms to be transferred to the account under the email address estefaniamp85@gmail.com. To clarify, do you want to transfer all 5 forms to the other account? If yes, please let us know and we will proceed with the request.

    Just a reminder, in case you are using a custom URL for your form, the old form URL containing the previous form owner's username will no longer work since the account owner will be changed. You will need to update the form fillers with the new URL with the new username in it. You can check out this guide on How to Create a Custom URL for Your Form for more details.

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

    Gracias por la respuesta, si, por favor, deseo mover los 5 formularios en esta cuenta a la otra con el email estefaniamp85@gmail.com. Acabo de adquirir una suscripción y me gustaría aprovecharla al máximo.
