Bowls NSW

Challenge
Bowls NSW was using paper forms and static spreadsheets to collect and manage everything from competition sign-ups to uniform orders. These manual processes were consuming hours of work time and led to scattered, siloed data that wasn’t easily accessible.

Solution
Bowls NSW used Jotform Enterprise to digitize and automate a number of data- collection processes, including gathering contact information from members and clubs, ordering uniforms, and obtaining consent to a code of conduct. Staff also used Jotform Teams to create team workspaces for departments to collaborate on forms and data.

Results
With Jotform Enterprise, Bowls NSW was able to transform manual, paper-based processes into streamlined digital workflows, supporting its goal of modernizing the sport to appeal to younger generations. For example, a uniform-ordering process that used to take 25-plus hours now takes less than 2, a 92 percent decrease. Best of all, the organization has been able to break down silos between departments and provide a holistic view of the organization’s operations to all staff.
