At Jotform, we have a variety of eCommerce users and offer over 30 payment processors for them to simply collect payments through our online forms product. But in the future, having multiple payment processors as well as other payment options like crypto or voice-activated transactions will also be essential.
Given how many people use our forms, it would make sense that much of our operations would be dedicated to improving them. But until recently, we haven’t actually paid as much attention to our forms. But it got to a point where I was getting so many that it just wasn’t manageable so I finally set up something through Jotform that allows me to more easily go through them and pick the one I want to make into a video.
