Cannot receive submissions from Jotform to Trello

Hi, I have a form called Colmeia - solicitação de reparos that is linked to Trello and since December 26 I am not receiving the requests on my Trello board? Can you help me how to make it work again as in the apst? Thanks

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I’m sorry you're having difficulties getting that feature to work. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

I suggest you try to re-integrate your Trello into your form. Let me show you how to do it:

• First, go to Form Builder, then click on the Settings Tab >> Integrations Tab and click on Trello.

• Then, click on Remove Integration and choose Yes, Remove.

• After that, search for Trello and link it again into your form.

Give it a try and reach out again if you have any other questions.

Hi. I did the process but still not working. I also used to receive an email when a new card was added but I am not reciving anymore. It started after I made the change of password last week. What can we do?

Now it is connecting to the Trello but not all the information on the form is showing in the Trello Card. It is missing some fields like phone, which colmeia etc

Thanks for getting back to us. We can gather all the answer inside your form and input them all together into card description. Let me help you with that:

1: Inside Form Builder, add the Long Text widget and click on the Gear Icon.

2: Click on the Advanced Tab and turn on Hide Field.

3: Click on the Settings Tab >> Conditions Tab and click on Add Condition.

4: Click on Update/Calculate Field and follow my screencast below:

Note: I've just added colmeia type and phone number into the text field. You can add more information by clicking the Add Field button.

5: Click on Integrations Tab >> Trello and click on Edit Integration.

6: Click on +Add New Field, select the Long Text widget that we added earlier, then select Description, and click on Complete Integration.

You should be seeing colmeia type and phone number in your description field included in your Trello card. Check out the screenshot below:
