How to pause the form questionnaire in middle?

    Bom dia, preciso de ajuda para fazer com que ao cliente enviar o formulario pelo modo quiosque o mesmo automaticamente retorne para a primeira tela e fique aguardando o proximo novo preenchimento.

    Sera um tablet na porta da loja coletando automaticamente uma pesquisa de satisfação.. entao é inviavel ter que ir reiniciar toda vez que alguem responder o questinario.

    Now, let me help you with your question. Sorry, I didn't fully understand the issue. Can you explain a bit more about the issue, so I can get a better idea of what's happening? In general, you can not link two forms in a way that the second form can be filled up only when the first form submission is complete. If the user knows the Form URL of the second form, then one can fill the form anytime without waiting for the first form to be completed.

    Hi, thanks for getting back to me. I am having problems running kiosk mode on an older tablet that runs Android 7, when the client finishes sending the form it does not return for a new response cycle as expected and configured to do so in 5 seconds after receiving the thank you page. It just stays stuck on the thank you screen until someone exits and re-enters kiosk mode. Is there anything I can do to make it automatically return to the beginning of the form and wait for the next customer?

    Hi Obrigado,

    Thanks for getting back to us. Can you try to set up the kiosk mode using another device? Also, please make sure that the Jotform Mobile App is in its latest version. If so, please uninstall and reinstall the app. Can you please provide us the make and model of the device you are using?
