Restaurar a tentativas de senha incorretas

    Bom dia, Um usuário tentou várias vezes a senha incorreta para acessar o jotform, precisamos realizar a alteração da senha, agora esta apresentando um problema, quando logamos ele solicita o código para acesso e não se mantem logado, cai o acesso e diz que a senha está incorreta (a nova senha que realizamos o cadastro). Já aconteceu anteriormente, acreditamos que seja a restauração de tentativas de acesso.

    Now, let me help you with your question. Please note that it is not allowed to have multiple users log in to a single Jotform account. This is why you are now asked to enter an authentication code whenever you need to login. Also, I see that you were able to log in to the account now, are you still having issues with the password?
