I don't receive my form responses

    Now, let me help you with your concern. To clarify, are you not receiving form responses via email? It appears I've identified the problem. Upon reviewing your form, I noticed that an email address hasn't been added to receive notifications. Please refer to the screencast below for guidance: Checkout my screencast below:

    An easy fix for this, is to add your preferred email address so that you'll receive notification containing your form filler's answer, when they submit an entry to your web form.

    Mas eu recebi a sua resposta no email.

    de qualquer forma, o que aconteceu não foi isso. Uma pessoa respondeu o questionário, eu vi que ela tinha feito e no entanto esse formulário não aparece mais para mim.

    Thank you for contacting Jotform support. I am sorry you are having trouble with this. Sometimes, you can find the missing submission in the Incomplete Submissions tab or Pending Payment . Let me show you where to locate it:

    1. On your Submission Table, click on the Three Vertical Dots beside the name of the form in the upper left corner of the page.
    2. Then, click on Incomplete Submissions or Pending Payments.
