Form will not allow multiple submissions

    O formulário Votação para o local do Encontro de Maio 2024 foi configurado para que a pessoa vote uma unica vez, porém varias pessoas estão recebendo a mensagem de erro como se já tivessem votado, mas não votaram neste fo rmulário. O que fazer?

    O arquivo em anexo é a mensagem apresentada.

    E-mail usado: verashow@gmail.com. Se usarmos outro e-mail passa.

Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. The user might have used a device that was previously used to submit the form. You can set the Unique Submission to No Check, so users can use the same device, and use a different email address to submit the form again.
