VARIAS LISTA SUSPENSA COM A MESMA PERGUNTA

Tenho várias perguntas com lista suspensa( GRAD/MAT/NOME)com o mesmo dados, que quando um funcionario e transferido tem que alterar um por um. Tem como alterar todas as perguntas ao mesmo tempo.
