Account Suspended: Problema ao acessar a PLATAFORMA

    Bom dia, tudo bem?
    Não estamos conseguindo acessar a plataforma de vocês, fica dando a seguinte mensagem 'Login failed - Email or password did not match'. Já tentamos fazer a alteração de senha e entrar usando outro navegador, página anonima. Nossa empresa utiliza a plataforma pra abertura de chamados ao P&D, teria como verificar essa situação pra nós?

    Hi TOTAL TRAC,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. I checked the Chamados P&D TOTAL TRAC form which has violated our terms of use and I see that it is collecting username and password from the users.

    Since the form has received submissions, we seek your approval to delete the two offending fields 'Digite a Senha, 'Digite o Usuário' to reactivate your account. Note that after the fields are deleted, the responses that those two fields have received will also be deleted.

    As soon as we hear back from you, we can move forward with a solution.

    Thanks for getting back to us. As you requested, we have deleted the offending fields 'Digite a Senha, 'Digite o Usuário' and reactivated your account. You can now log in to your Jotform account to see the forms listed under the My Forms page.
