    Boa tarde! Meu acesso à conta aqui no Jotform foi suspenso! Meus formulários são importantíssimos e usamos de nosso próprio bolso para pagarmos por um pacote de acesso pois precisávamos de recursos que só o Jotform tem para os alunos de nossa escola (pública) realizarem escolhas de trilhas de aprofundamento e de disciplinas eletivas. São dados, portanto, importantíssimos, que não podem se perder. Por gentileza, espero posicionamento com a maior brevidade possível.

    Hi!

    That's weird, since the payment was confirmed by the credit card company via text message last Friday (February 23rd). We're really concerned, we paid the monthly fee and we need to use this service.
