É possível criar um formulário e limitar a quantidade de usuários que podem usar o formulário? Por exemplo, publico um form e limito que os 50 primeiros poderão responder, quando chegar nesse número, o formulário não aceita mais respostas.

É possível programar que um formulário fique ativo/disponível entre um período de datas? Ao criar um formulário que o mesmo fique no ar do dia 10/03 até 15/03, por exemplo, após o dia 15 que o mesmo fique inativo ou fechado para respostas.
