Product List Error Message ' 'Selected product can not be less than 1'

Now, let me help you with your question. I'm sorry you're having issues with your Product List. When I tested your form, the same thing happened, so I created a ticket about it and escalated this to our Developers.

Thanks for reaching back to Jotform Support. I'm sorry you're still having an issue with your order form. When I tested your form, everything worked the way it was supposed to. The error only shows when the order selected is below the minimum amount that you have set. Take a look at the screenshot below to see my results:

Please know that this is the expected behavior of the Product List. It will only add up if the item is selected and quantity is filled out.

Many of my customers are still complaining about the error message that appears on the form when they select a product. That didn't happen before.

But something that caught my attention is that this message marks all products in red and not just that selected product.

Would it be possible to disable this or highlight only the selected product?

Thanks for getting back to us. The error will show since most of the items show zero in the quantity section unless the users would specify the quantity for the selected item. This is expected to prevent users from submitting the form without specifying the quantities, as it causes an error in the submission data.

I'll coordinate with the Developer Team to see what their recommendations are for this issue.
