Como alterar o horário final do campo nos dias de sexta-feira?

Olá, bom dia.

Hoje geramos relatórios de segunda à sexta-feira, onde segunda à quinta, o horário inicial é fixado em 07:00h e horário final em 17:00h.

Entretanto, às sextas, trabalhamos até às 16h e ao gerar o formulário o valor do campo (como está fixo) sempre sai às 17:00h.

Qual regra eu poderia criar nesse caso? Há alguma solução?

Today we generate reports from Monday to Friday, where Monday to Thursday, the start time is set at 7:00 am and the end time at 5:00 pm.

However, on Fridays, we work until 4pm and when generating the form, the value of the field (as it is fixed) always comes out with the value of 5pm.

I need to create a rule or condition that when the day of the week is equal to Friday, the end time is equal to 4:00 pm.

What rule could I create in this case? Is there any solution?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Yes, you can set up conditions based on the days of the week, and then add the time as well and then select your outcome. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on Setting in the orange bar at the top of the screen.
2. Select Conditions in the left panel.
3. Select the type of the condition you want to use.
4. Check out the screencast below on how to set it up.

That it, now you can select your outcome in the condition.

Thanks for reaching back to us. I have another workaround and see if this will work for you. You can add another End Time field which has 16:00 as default value in addition to an End Time with 17:00 value. We will conditionally show which based on day of the week the date user has selected. This is the demo form I created:


As you can see, there are two time fields with 17:00 and 16:00 default value. Next, we will create a show/hide conditional logic:

1. Click on Settings
2. Select Conditions
3. Click on Show/Hide Field
4. Create the condition. In this example, if date is equal to day- Friday, we will hide End time 1 and show End time 2
   
5. Click on Save

Initially I had designed a second field for final positioning, but I realized that this would mess up my Excel data exports.

This option doesn't work.
