    Boa tarde.

No formulário de feedback de festas de aniversário (https://form.jotform.com/InFun_atividades/questionario-satisfacao) não deixa avançar e aparece sempre este aviso.

Go Back and Fix Error Image 1 Screenshot 20Após clicar em "Go Back and Fix" ele não deixa fazer mais nada.

Não consigo perceber onde está o erro. Conseguem ajudar?

Já experimentei inclusive adicionar novo Elemento de Avaliação em Estrela mas dá sempre o mesmo erro.

    Obrigada,

    Hi InFun_atividades,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, let me help you with your question. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

Go Back and Fix Error Image 1 Screenshot 20 Based on the screenshot, it appears that the Festa de Aniversário field is creating the issue. Did you try going back to that exact question and ensuring that you filled out each row? Would you allow us to send a test submission using your form? Alternatively, send another test submission to see if the issue persists.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Hi Ericson,

    Thanks for you message.

However, you tested the form after i made some changes on it.

The problem seems to be on this element (1st image).

When I activate the mandatory response condition, it doesn't let it progress (2nd image). Go Back and Fix Error Image 2 Screenshot 51 Screenshot 21

When I remove the mandatory response, it does not register the response given (3rd image). Go Back and Fix Error Image 3 Screenshot 62 Screenshot 32

    Please, help!!

    Thank you,

    Bárbara

    Hi InFun_atividades,

Thanks for getting back to us. I increased the default value to 3 for the star rating, but I was still unable to replicate the error. Could you send us a screen recording of the steps you are taking to get this issue? You can use Loom to record your screen and share the public link with us.

Regarding the second issue, I was able to replicate it and moved it to an other thread to be addressed separately. You can check out our reply to that here.

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

I'm sorry, but I'm not able to record my screen to show you.

I fill in all fields correctly. This has always worked well.

I didn't make any changes to the form. But for about a week now we have been receiving error reports due to the "general evaluation" field

From what I see, I think this happened to other people. Could it be the same thing as this one?

    Hi InFun_atividades,

Thanks for getting back ot us. Note that if you removed the star rating field. The data that was provided to it will also be removed. I suggest hiding the field rather than removing it, and then adding a new star rating field. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, select Add Form Element in the upper-left corner.
    2. In the Form Elements pane on the left, select Star Rating.
    3. Click the Gear icon of the fields and Copy the Field Label and the Description of the old Star Rating and Paste into the new field.
    4. Set the Default Value to 3.
    5. Next, right click the old Star Rating and click Hide on the menu.
    6. Then, set the New Star Rating as Required.
