How to Create a Form with Multiple Images to Select?

Tenho uma equipe com 240 revendedoras de semijoias preciso criar um formulário que tenha cerca de 50 fotos para as revendedoras escolherem as 10 peças que elas querem que volte para a coleção do próximo mês, preciso que após elas escolherem essa 10 peças o formulário me entregue o resultado das 10 peças mais votadas entre as 240 revendedoras

Now, coming back to your question: yes, you create a form, add the 50 images and set the 10 images to be selected in your form responses. You can use either Image check boxes or Image Picker widget. Let me show you how to add these widgets to your form :

1. Open your form in Form Builder, and in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Add Form Element. 
2. Select the Widgets tab, search for the Image Check Boxes or the Image Picker.
3. Drag and drop it on your form.
4. Click on the Magic Wand icon to open the Widget Settings.
5. Upload your images by selecting Add new Images.
6. Under the General tab, enter 10 in the max selection, click on the update the widget that's it.

Obrigado pela orientação, consegui fazer o formulário com suas orientações, porém tenho algumas dúvidas ainda.

Como faço na hora que estou criando o formulário, para conseguir selecionar mais de uma foto em uma única vez, pois como terei que colocar 50 fotos para votação estou tendo que adicionar uma foto de cada vez ao formulário, e esta demorando muito para eu criar esse formulário.

Outra dúvida, quando as revendedoras preencherem o formulário, eu precisarei saber quais foram as 10 fotos mais votadas entre as 240 revendedoras que irão preencher o formulário, ou seja, cad vendedora vai preencher 1 formulário e vai escolher entre 50 fotos as 10 que ela acha que deve ser a peça que deve voltar para nossa coleção do próximo mês, e assim eu irei saber quais foram as 10 fotos MAIS votadas.

Não estou conseguindo achar onde está essa informação das dez fotos mais votadas, só estou conseguindo ver os resultados das votações(formulários preenchidos)

sabe me dizer como faço pra ter acesso a esse filtro?

Thanks for getting back to us. Unfortunately, the Image Picker widget does not support uploading many images at once. You may only upload and select one image at a time. 

Regarding your other question, it is not possible to review the results in tables of which images have been most voted on or picked. You have to manually count the images in the tables.

Thanks for getting back to us. Unfortunately, using the Image Picker widget, won't allow you to add multiple photos at once. You will have to add one by one photo. But, if you use the Image check box widget, you can add multiple photo's URLs at once, as it supports adding the URLs directly. Here is my screencast:

Thanks for using Jotform. It's not possible to create a link URL and add 50 photos. If you can hire a software developer, then they can modify the source code and help you with that. But, I'm sure on Jotform you can't add 50 photos to one URL. You can check out this link and explore ways to get some help from external professional experts.
