Minha conta foi suspensa

    Ontem realizei cadastro na plataforma e criei um formulario, fiz testes para validar as opções do sistema e hoje cedo ao acessar o site, recebo a mensagem que a minha conta esta suspensa e gostaria de saber o motivo disso ter acontecido e o que preciso fazer para corrigir essa situação. 


    Fico no aguardo de um posicionamento

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question, I see your account has been suspended as your form titled

    Checklist - Importação de Dados was found collecting login credentials. Keep in mind that this is a violation of our Terms of Use.

    Now, for us to reactivate your account, we need to delete the offending fields first.

    Pois eu não sabia que isso poderia causar a suspensão da minha conta
