Unable to connect to PagSeguro getting authorization error

    I'm having the exact same problem and can't seem to fix it!

    Hi Giovanna Faiad Guiotti,

    Thanks for patiently waiting. I'm sorry this is happening. Can you please let us know when the issue started? Has it happened suddenly? Can you please check with PagSeguro team and ask them why it shows this error if you are using the correct PagSeguro credentials? Since, it is an authorization error, I suggest you create a new test account with them, test it out and see if you are still getting the same error. If the issue persists, can you please let us know how you are integrating Jotform with PagSeguro?

    Have you tried clearing your browser;'s caches, tested your integration on Google Chrome's incognito mode?

    Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
