Hello, thank you for reaching out to us.
Could you explain your question further?
Do you need to limit the quantity that a single user can purchase, or do you need to keep control of your stock?

pjlealRespondido em 27 de maio de 2020 às 18:28Eduardo, I will try to explain better. When I made the sum of the values using the form calculation widget, I was able to open an excel table with the quantity of each product ordered, separated into cells. But when I used the purchase order element, all the products ordered were grouped in a single excel cell. Therefore, I was wondering if it is possible to achieve the same result using the purchase order.
Thank you,
Paulo

Thank you for the clarification.
Currently, when you export your form submissions to an Excel file, all products' details are placed into a single cell per submission. This can't be changed.
As a workaround, you can use the Text to Columns tool in Excel to separate the products' fields into separate columns. Please see below:
Guide: Split-text-into-different-columns-with-the-Convert-Text-to-Columns-Wizard
I hope that helps.
