I CANNOT ACCESS MY ACCOUNT - Please help

    My password wasn't working today so I asked for another one by clicking "Forgot Password?". Then I changed the password and the new one it's not working as well.

    The message is "You have reached login attempt limit. Please try again in a few hours.", but I don't have hours. I need to work on my forms right now. Please help!

    Hi,

    The email financeiro@fisesp.org.br is under a guest account. It is not possible to reset the password of a guest account.

    If you have a different account, please provide the email address of the account.

    This is not a guest account. It's a Silver account. I have several forms in it.

    For example: https://form.jotform.com/Fisesp/rvfisesp

    Can you check what is happening, please?

    The user name is Fisesp. It just disappeared. Like it never existed!

    É possível que tenhamos tido algum problema com renovação de pagamento? Se for o caso, gostaríamos de reativar a conta Silver anual e reaver os formulários. Aguardamos sua orientação.

    Problema resolvido.

    Aparentemente alguém da equipe do Jotform alterou o e-mail de acesso durante uma chamada do suporte há 2 dias atrás.
