Podo: Support SpecialistHi Academia,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.
Regarding your request to use the email academia.alltak@alltak.com.br with your current account (login: academiaalltak@gmail.com), but the system says it is associated with another deleted account, here’s what you need to know:
Unfortunately, the email address is still linked to the old account in our system, which prevents you from associating it with your current account. This kind of issue usually requires manual intervention by our support team to remove the email from the old account and link it to your current one.
While I cannot directly make this change for you, I recommend following the official process for changing your account email address once the old association is cleared. You can find detailed instructions on how to change your account email address here:
If the old account was deleted improperly, our support team may need to verify and assist you further to resolve this conflict.
Let us know if you have any other questions.

Shirized Jotform SupportHi academiaalltak,
As indicated by my colleague, the account is currently deleted, but keep in mind that deleted accounts stay on the server for 30 days, during which time the associated email address cannot be used to create a new account. This is the reason why you can't use academia.alltak@alltak.com.br.
But to fix this, and since the deleted account is not linked to any Jotform assets, I have changed the email address to another email address to free up academia.alltak@alltak.com.br. You can now go ahead and update the email address of your account. Changing your account email address only takes a minute. Let me show you how:
1. On your Workspace page , click on your Avatar/Profile Image in the top-right corner of the screen.
2. In the Dropdown menu that comes up, click on your name.

3. On the right side of the page, under the Email section , click on Edit.

4. Next, enter the new email address you want to use and click on Save .

5. In the Confirmation window that opens , enter the Authentication Code sent to your new email and click on Verify .
Reach out again if there's anything else we can help you with.
