Now, let me help you with your question.

    You can't upgrade a single form, but you can upgrade your account from Silver to Gold, or from Free to Gold. Simply click on one of the plans in Pricing page and follow the wizard to continue your payment.

    What if I have a form that exceeds 10000 entries?

    Hi Joana,

    Thanks for getting back to us. If the submissions exceeds the limit on your account, the form will show a Form Over Quota message. This can be resolved by deleting and purging some old submissions to free the space. Also, if you would like to have a back up of the submissions, you can download them to your computer as PDF, Excel file or CSV file.

    Let me show you how to delete submissions of your form:

    • On My Forms dashboard, select the Form, and click Submissions.

    • On the Submission Table, select the submission/s, and click the Delete button.
    • And click Move To Trash.

    • Click the three dots on the Table Tab, and select Trashed Entries.

    • On the right panel, click Select All, and Delete Forever.
    • Then, click Delete on the pop-up. Please note that when you do this process, the submissions will be deleted permanently and free up the submission space.

    • On your My Tables page, next to the form with the submissions you want to see, click on View Table.

    • Hover your mouse over the Download All button on the right side of the page. 
    • Now, choose CSV, Excel, or PDF format and download your data.
