Unable to access the account.

    Prezados não estou conseguindo acessar o Jotform e meu formulario informa que não foi encontrado ou desativado.

    E eu não consigo acessar o suporte porque pede para fazer o login e não estou conseguindo acessar preciso de ajuda

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I would like to let you know that I am using a translation tool to provide assistance. If you prefer to receive a response in the Portuguese language, we can forward your ticket to the Portuguese team, however, it may take longer to get a response.

    Moving forward to your question, I am sorry if you had a hard time accessing your account. Upon checking on it, I can see that it was suspended due to the form which is found risky in phishing. To reactivate your account you will need to provide the following proofs that you are from a legitimate institution:

    • The URL where your forms are used.
    • Your website or proof of affiliation to a legitimate institution.
    • Share with us a document that will prove that you're authorized to represent the institution.

    Send all of these to reviewers@jotform.com with Thread #5285475 as the subject. One of our colleagues will get back to you about the status of your account.
