Autoresponder emails: Old emails are still being sent

    Hello! I had this form created some time ago, in which I had a configuration assigned to send mails to certain fields of the form. I have deleted them and I have modified one so that only one is sent from YENER but they are still being sent. How can I do so that this does not happen. I need help as soon as possible. Thanks

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I understand multiple autoresponder emails are still being sent besides having the related fields removed, correct? When I cloned and tested your form, I received just one autoresponder email, according to the form's setting. Take a look at the screenshot below to see my results:

    As a precautionary measure, I've cleared the form cache. Can you go ahead and try it again and let us know how it goes? If the same thing happens again, we'll investigate it more to see if we can figure out what's going on. Keep in mind that for us to test the live form, we would need the form's owner permission, this means the ticket needs to be opened from the account where the form is located (ja***@bloomin***.com).
