How can I add a user to my account?

    Buenos días,

    Tengo un problema, ya que al agregar miembros a mi equipo o x equipo no me está permitiendo, tengo la cuenta Plata. Quiero saber qué configuración toca hacer para que permita esa función.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Adding a new user to an account is only possible for the Jotform Enterprise plan. To upgrade to the Enterprise plan and to know about the pricing, please get in touch with the Sales team through this link. Click on the Contact Sales button to begin.

    However, if you don't want to upgrade to Enterprise, you can also use our Form Collaboration feature. This feature allows multiple team members to work on the same form at the same time. Doing that is easy. Let me show you how:

    1. On the top right side of the Form Builder page, click on Add Collaborators.
    2. In the window that pops up, click on Copy Link and you're done.
