Sending Reminders via WhatsApp

-(I don't know if this is possible): In automation, integration with WhatsApp to also send reminders via WhatsApp (almost essential nowadays).

While the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

In the meantime, you can consider integrating Jotform with WhatsApp via Zapier that can send a message to a WhatsApp user after submission.

We're excited to announce that we’ve just made it easier to reach people where they already are—on WhatsApp! With Jotform’s WhatsApp integration, you can get real-time notifications as soon as someone submits your form—helping you reply faster and stay connected. It’s fast to set up and fits right into your existing workflow. Here’s how to get started:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
2. Next, click on Integrations in the menu on the left side of the page.
3. Now, search for WhatsApp and then click on it. 
4. Then, click on Here or scan the QR Code on the screen to verify your WhatsApp number. 
5. In the WhatsApp window that opens, click on the Send icon to continue. 
6. You’ll get a Confirmation message in WhatsApp once your number’s verified. 
7. Now, go back to your form and click on Check Your Verification.
8. After that, set up your Notification Message, and then click on Save to finish. 

Once saved, your WhatsApp integration will come up in your list of actions. To make changes, hover your mouse over it and click on the Three Dots icon to see more options like See Action Logs, Rename Action, Disable Action, or Delete Action:

If you want to edit the integration, click on the Edit icon in the top-right corner of the WhatsApp integration section:

We’re excited to announce that Jotform’s WhatsApp Business Integration is now available. With our new WhatsApp Business integration, you can connect your WhatsApp Business account with Jotform and automatically send personalized messages using form submission data.

Integrating WhatsApp Business with your form is a quick and easy way to keep the conversation going and give your users a more personal touch. Here’s how to set it up:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings. 
2. Click on Integrations in the menu on the left side of the page.
3. Search for WhatsApp, then click on it.
4. Next, click on Authenticate
5. Click on Continue in the Facebook Login for Business pop-up.
6. Select WhatApp Business account.
7. Click on the Next to continue.
8. Select a Phone Number then click on Next.
9. Review what you’ll share with the Jotform and click on Confirm.
10. Select a Phone Number using Form Fields or Fixed Number. (Selecting Form Fields lets you send messages to the phone numbers entered as form submission data.)
11. Select an approved message template and map form fields.
12. Click on Save.
