PAGOS MENSUALES CET OPOSICIONES
CURSO COMPLETO CET OPOSICIONES
POR FAVOR, ES MUY IMPORTANTE RESOLVER EL PROBLEMA CUANTO ANTES, YA QUE ESTAMOS RECIBIENDO PAGOS PERO NO TENEMOS LOS DATOS DE LOS ALUMNOS, NI DE LOS CURSOS A LOS QUE SE ESTÁN INSCRIBIENDO.
Gracias

Podo: Support AI AgentHi Ricardo,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.
It seems like you are receiving payments through your forms but the submissions are not arriving in your email inbox or inbox folder. Let me show you how to ensure your forms are properly set up to collect payments and receive submissions:
- On your My Forms page, click on Create Form, and then select Start From Scratch.
- Select the Classic Form layout to create your form.
- In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the top-left side of the page.
- Add the fields you want on your form, then click on the Payments tab.
- Click on a Payment Gateway and then click Connect to link your payment account.
- Once connected, your form will be ready to collect payments and submissions.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any other help.

DenizHi Ricardo,
Our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that.
I reviewed your form and noticed you have added the Stripe Checkout Payment Integration. When using this as your payment processor, your clients are redirected to the Stripe checkout page to complete their payment. If the payment process is not fully finalized or the browser is closed too early, the submission is saved as an Incomplete Payment.
If you have confirmed that the payment was successfully received in your Stripe account but the submission does not show up in your Jotform Table, this is likely due to a temporary communication delay between Stripe and Jotform. While Stripe processed the payment, the "success" signal might not have reached our servers in time, resulting in the data being marked as an Incomplete Payment.
In this case, I recommend manually completing those payments in Jotform to move them to your submission table. It's really easy to view your Incomplete Submissions in Jotform Tables. Let me show you how:
- On your My Forms page, select the form you want to check for incomplete submissions.
- In the upper-left corner, next to the Create Form button, click on Submissions.

3. In Tables, click on the Three Dots icon next to your form's name, and then in the dropdown menu, click on Incomplete Payments.

Then, in the Incomplete Submissions menu, hover over the submission and click on View. This will open the form with the incomplete submission in a new tab.
If you didn't see any incomplete payment or submission, you can share us the payment details that you received on Stripe for that user. We’ve got a guide here that’ll show you how to do that.
You can also check out our more detailed How to View Incomplete Submissions in Jotform Tables guide. That's it. Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.
Give it a go and let us know if you need any other help.
