Agent Hub: How to connect and synchronize responses between multiple specialized AI agents

Our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

Now, coming back to your question, yes you nailed it. You can use the Agent Hub to connect different AI Agents and let them talk to each other to provide a better answer to your customers. After you connect your central agent with other agents, in the conversation with your central agent, it will gather information if necessary from other agents and reply accordingly.

I have checked your AI Agents in your account and was not able to identify any agent that is using AI Agent Hub. None of the AI Agents were connected through this Hub. Can you provide the link, URL, to the AI Agent that you are referring to?

In the meantime, here is the way to test if it is working. Connect multiple AI Agents to the Central Agent and ask specific questions that the connected AI Agent would answer to the Central Agent. On another browser tab, you can have that AI Agent running and you can ask the same question to it and compare the responses.

I have checked your AI Agents and noticed that no sub-agents added. Take a look at the screenshots below:

If you're getting an error on connecting the sub agents from your main agent, can you send either a screenshot or a quick recording of what’s going on? Loom works well for recording, or you can upload to Google Drive or Dropbox and send us the link. Or you can use this guide for taking a screenshot.

You've also mentioned that with the AI agent that has sub agent, you've performed an indicated exercise, and the answers are very different. Can you explain a bit more about the issue so I can get a clearer idea of what’s happening? If you can send us a short screen recording of the steps you’re taking, it’ll help us pinpoint the issue. Loom, Google Drive, or Dropbox links all work fine.

Once we know more about what’s going on, we can figure out the fix.
