Buenas tardes, estamos teniendo muchas omisiones en las llegadas de los mails que se disparan por cada formulario enviado.
¿Están reportandose fallas?

If I understood correcly you are not receiving some email notifications when your forms are submitted. As far as I know, we currently do not have any issues with email delivery. To which form is the issue related? Please share IDs of submissions for which you did not receive the emails. This guide will show you how to get submission IDs. You can also check the email logs on your account to see if all emails were sent. We have a guide about how to do that here. Also, please check if the emails landed in the spam folder.

For example... this is one of all de cases , that we have in this last days... In the Hist they are like sent.
In fact, the addressee always receive them without any problem, but some of this id, like this case, never arrive
I beg you, can chek it, we have al our comercial activities based on this forms!

I checked our email logs and see that the notification emails are sent. You may consider whitelisting jotform domains and IPs in your web/email host to ensure that any emails sent are successfully received. If the issue still persists, you can set up your own SMTP to increase reliability. Check out this guide about How to Set up SMTP for a Form.
