    Hola, edito una plantilla, le doy a guardar y salir y me da error, y he pagado por el plan

    Now, let me help you with your question. I’m sorry you're having difficulties with this. Can you share with us the link to the Signable Document that you want to edit and save? Also, it would help us to understand what’s happening if you could take a screenshot and send it to us. We have a guide here explaining how to do that. We would like to know if the issue happened recently? And if it's happening to a specific web browser?

    Once we hear back from them, we’ll update this thread and let you know.

    I HAVE ALREADY SOLVED THAT BY CHANGING BROWSER, NOW I HAVE THE FOLLOWING PROBLEMS...1) HOW DO I REMOVE THE JOTFORM LOGO ON THE CONFIRMATION PAGE?...2) IF I USE A FORM FIELD HOW CAN I SET THE WORD "DRAW" ON THE OTHER WAY, AND FINALLY 3) WITHIN THE DOCUMENT FIELDS TO SIGN I CANNOT FIND THE OPTION TO CHANGE TO SPANISH, ABOUT YOUR FULL NAME, THANK YOU VERY MUCH

    Thanks for getting back to us. Are you able to share a screenshot of the parts you'd like to customize on your Sign document? This guide will show you how to do that.

    Also, regarding about changing the Jotform logo on the confirmation page, are you referring to the email notification sent when the document is signed successfully? Take a look at the screenshot below:

    Or are you referring to translating and removing the Jotform logo on the notification sent to request for the signers to sign the document? Take a look at the screenshot below:

    Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to customize the notification email sent to the signers. Currently, you can only add a General message and a Private message in the email. The general message can be customized under the Settings tab in the Sign Builder page.

    For the private message, you can customize that under the Send tab. You'll see a message icon beside the signers.

    As for removing the Jotform Sign branding, I'm afraid that's not possible.
